Global Tenant Filter

Introduction

In CoreStack, the product pages (i.e. view-only and view-and-transaction page types) display different kinds of data. The Global Tenant Filter option allows you to filter the visible data available on certain page views by selecting a specific tenant available in your CoreStack account. One or all tenants can be selected using the Global Tenant Filter depending on the page type, and doing this results in page views updating to display details about the respective tenant(s).

Account Admins will have access to all Tenant(s) in the Account by default. Tenant Admins or other admins will have access to one or multiple Tenant(s) as per the permissions provided to Tenant Admin roles.

Options available for Global Tenant Filter

For the Global Tenant Filter, you can select from the following options when selecting tenants:

  • Select All: Select all available Tenants to apply to the page you're viewing.
  • Uni-Select: Select only one Tenant to apply to the page you're viewing.

How to use the Global Tenant Filter

In order to use the Global Tenant Filter, navigate to a page view that supports tenant selection and click on the tenant drop-down box in the top right corner of the screen, as shown in the image below:

You should see options to select any one tenant that you have permission to access -- plus the ability to select All, as the page view supports it (more on this in the sections below).

🚧

Note:

Keep in mind that not all users necessarily will have access to the same Tenants. If you notice a difference in which Tenants are appearing as options between different users, please check to ensure the permission settings are the same for both users.
