Specify the tenant ID. This is a unique ID and can be retrieved using the List Tenants API.

Specify the cloud account id to update, cloud account id is unique can be obtained from the list cloud account api. This should be same as the ID of the reference APIFor Azure CSP-Direct subscriptions, this can be fetched from list child accounts api.
