Security Dashboard

This dashboard provides security insights on your Azure and AWS infrastructures. All security findings available in your connected Azure/AWS account are automatically fetched and displayed here.

To navigate to this dashboard:

  • Use the Dashboard () icon from the header menu. You can also click on the CoreStack™ logo to get here.

The Security Dashboard appears as shown:

Prerequisites for AWS:

  1. Add your AWS Accounts to CoreStack™ to get the relevant data in this dashboard. Read more on that here.
  2. Your AWS account must have been configured with AWS Inspector already. Please refer our blog Getting Started with AWS Inspector if you need help.
  3. For more reading on AWS Inspector, you can also refer this blog: AWS Inspector Use Cases, Limitations and Pricing
  4. If you are NOT set-up with AWS Inspector already, there are also the following resources available within CoreStack™ to help you with that:

      2. ii. Create-Assessment-Target_With-Dynamic-Resource-Tags_AWS-Inspector

Prerequisites for Azure:

  1. Add your Azure Accounts to CoreStack™ to get the relevant data in this dashboard. Read more on that here.
  2. Your Azure account must be connected to the Azure Security Center. Here’s Microsoft’s documentation to facilitate this.
  3. Use the pre-loaded “AzureRM_Enable_Security_Insights” template. This enables security insights data collection for your account, for a specific subscription.
  4. The Azure Security Center findings are now visible in the Security dashboard.
