Jobs

Jobs represent an instance of a Template or Script. Every time a Template or Script is executed, a Job is created. Jobs provide a reference of the execution, during and any time after it.

You can navigate to the Jobs page by clicking on the Jobs tab in the side menu.

The Jobs screen appears with five tabs:

Request Jobs

Request Jobs are related to Self-Service Orders. Each order request creates a job here.

Template Jobs

These are the jobs created for execution of templates. This has three sub-tabs: Recent Jobs, Older Jobs and Archived Jobs. All Templates Jobs list pages show content under similar column heads. The only difference is the time period in which these jobs were created.

  • Recent jobs display the template jobs executed today
  • Older Jobs are the slightly older template executions
  • Older Jobs can be sent to Archived Jobs.
