Emails

Email notifications of order requests can be viewed from the Notified Mails List.

  • Click the mail icon in the top right-corner of the screen.
  • A drop-down menu appears where you can view the most recent emails received:

  • Click Read All Messages to view the Notified Mails List.

The Notified Mail List appears differently for Admins, Managers and Developers.

Developers

The Notified Mail List screen appears as shown:

Unread Mails

By default the Unread Mails view appears. In this, the Subject and Time details of each notification is displayed.

View Details

Click on a notification to view details. The preview pane shows the details in the right-hand side of the screen.

The email contents differ with the status – provisioned, approved, rejected and terminated.

Click View Dashboard/View Request to check the status in the Order History screen. The email is auto generated hence there is no reply option available.

Search and Filter

Enter the keyword in the search box to filter the list of notifications and find the required one. Also, you can filter the Subject and Time field in ascending or descending order to find the mail you need.

Mark as Read

Click Mark All Read to send all notifications to the Read Mails bucket. Select mails by checking the tick boxes and click Mark Selected Emails as Read.

Read Mails

This section appears similar to the Unread Mails one except that the Mark Selected Emails as Read and Mark All Read buttons are disabled.

All Mails

This section combines all read and unread mails and shows them together. Click Mark All Read to send all notifications to the Read Mails bucket. Select mails by checking the tick boxes and click Mark Selected Emails as Read.

Managers and Admins

The Notified Mail List screen appears as shown:

View Details

Click on a notification to view details. The preview pane shows the details in the right-hand side of the screen.
